We are a consultancy that focuses on helping businesses, government and the public to understand and comply with their compliance obligations and patriotic responsibilities. The business was founded on the basis of compliance challenges that continue to grow for anyone intending to or operating a business or managing a government department or institution. The socio-economic challenges starting at individual level throughout the different levels in society also need a direct response to create a caring and patriotic citizenry, regardless of our stations in life. We believe that government and every other institution needs empowered and capacitated personnel in order to deliver on their mandate. Our role is to empower all the spheres and levels in government and private sector so as to ensure well-oiled performance.
About the Founder & CEO
Rudolph Lungile Mabece is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa since 1996 and a graduate of the University of the Western Cape with B Proc and LLB degrees. His professional experience includes working in the secretariat services department of a municipality, working for a law firm, establishing own law firm and partnering with others in a law firm before establishing own consulting businesses. He is very experienced in many aspects of both corporate, commercial and public sector regulation and practice. He assisted a number of bidders to prepare and bid for telecommunications and broadcasting licences over a number of years. He has advised government departments in different spheres, drafted provincial and national legislation in different departments as well as provided empowerment training in state institutions. He has also served on the board of directors of a number of national state-owned institutions, where he gained valuable experience about internal machinations of the South African state. Lungile is a specialist in transport law, ICT law and governance (corporate and statutory). It is this experience and exposure that cannot be adequately captured in a paragraph or chapter that motivated him to establish Afrika Sentinel Compliance Services to empower others in the best interest of humanity.
